Dr Vivek Nadarajan MBBS BSc (Hons) FRCP is a Consultant Stroke Physician at the Royal Free Hospital, London, where he has held a substantive post since 2015. He also provides hyperacute stroke cover at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), participating in the HASU on‑call rota and leading acute assessment for acute neurovascular cases.
He runs the Royal Free TIA clinic, with extensive experience in thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy pathways, stroke aetiology, complication management and secondary prevention.
Dr Nadarajan established his medicolegal practice in 2019 and has completed the Bond Solon Excellence in Report Writing course. He accepts instructions from both claimant and defendant solicitors in clinical negligence and personal injury matters, providing clear, evidence‑based opinions on standard of care, breach of duty, causation, condition and prognosis.
Alongside his clinical practice, he has held leadership roles, including serving as Clinical Lead for Stroke Medicine (2018–2022).
